Refunds & Returns

Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, all sales are considered final. That said, we stand behind our work and will always make things right if there’s an issue.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it promptly and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Returns must be received within 10 days of authorization

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Due to the nature of handmade candles, refunds, replacements, or credits are issued at our discretion.
